The gravel has just been raised, so the back of our camper couldn't get over it. We drove on.

Beautiful camper overnight spot under the trees in old Uppsala.
With a clean building featuring 2 spacious toilets.
With facilities for the disabled and for changing babies.

Quiet.

Other cars are also allowed to park there.

Within cycling distance of the center of Uppsala.
Charming, beautiful city.
With an impressive Cathedral.

It's a parking lot, nothing more. It's busy during the day, with cars parked in between because there are no designated markings for RVs. A road to Uppsala runs through the site, as does a crossroads, both of which are busy until late at night and after 5:30 a.m. I therefore don't understand the "quiet" rating. It's 4.8 km to the center, and there's a water supply, a public restroom, and trash. Next door is an open-air museum. Okay for free and "tolerated."
