Campsite close to several historic towns, making it a perfect base. Strictly regulated campsite. The welcome could be friendlier.

The sanitary block at the front is modern and clean; the one at the back is more run-down and looks less attractive, though it is clean.

Pitches vary in size: we were given a small pitch with hardly any grass.
Very quiet surroundings.
The daily food truck is definitely an added bonus.

Very beautiful and tidy campsite, we stayed here for 5 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. As mentioned before, you don't have to cook if you don't want to; there is a food truck every day and something different every day. Not that we did, but still 😅

Friendly welcome at the reception. Nice, spacious pitch with water and electricity. Clean sanitary facilities. A bit few toilets when busy (there is really a queue for the toilet in the morning). Nice villages nearby to cycle to.
