Perfect location to visit the excavations of Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius. Naples and Sorrento/Capri can be reached easily and cheaply by train. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.
Sanitary facilities outdated, but fine. Showers nice and warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

A prime location for visiting Pompeii, Vesuvius, and the surrounding area. Pompeii is just 10 minutes away, Sorrento or Naples are a 30-40 minute train ride away, and there are several tours to Vesuvius. The campsite itself is small but has all the amenities, though it's certainly seen better days. A great campsite for a few nights' stay.

The places are very small (approx. 50m2) and with a large camper this can be quite complicated.
Location is great to visit Pompeii.
Owner is very friendly and helpful.
Reservations are recommended because it is very busy.
