No-nonsense campsite, book and pay online, find your own spot, not numbered. Sanitary facilities dated but clean. Playground for children.

There is not much to do in Datteln,

The Mexican restaurant is highly recommended. Nice cycling route junction along the water to surrounding towns; go through the archway and turn right immediately. Olfen is 8 km away, good pizzeria near the church. Recklinghausen and Lüdinghausen have several restaurants and terraces.

We stayed 5 nights.

Great campsite with all amenities. The sanitary facilities aren't very clean. You have to pay to shower in a very small cubicle.
A great place for kids, with a large playground and petting zoo.
