Great place to visit Ahrweiler and explore the surrounding area (by bike). The place is still under development following the 2021 flood disaster, but everything is available and the sanitary facilities are already fully finished and brand new. We stayed here for 2 nights and were satisfied. Ahrweiler is a nice town (within walking distance) with many restaurants.

We stayed here for 2 days with 2 people. The campervan site is fine, although work continues from early morning until late at night to prevent the disaster of 2021 from happening again. Ahrweiler is a very nice little town with many restaurants and bars. We paid €40 for 2 nights, including electricity.

Great spot, even though, according to the owner, it's currently in a temporary state. Showers, toilets, and dishwashing area are all brand new and well-maintained. Access is via a code provided by the man on site.

Water/waste disposal facilities are available. The gravel parking area is directly on the Ahr River, and the old town is about a 5-minute walk away. We'd love to come back. Thank you, Petra.
