We are standing here now and it is indeed a sort of construction site. According to the restaurant, you were allowed to stay overnight but might be bothered by construction traffic. This is due to repairs to the beach, which is almost gone; everything was washed away by the storms. Even beach restaurants have disappeared.

At the end of November, there were no "no camping" signs, and four motorhomes were already parked there. Beautiful location close to the sea and next to the dunes. However, the site is quite sloped, and I almost got stuck in the sand on a relatively level spot.
