Camping La Palma on Lake Lugano is truly beautiful. Jack the dog was welcome to join us for a drink or a swim. There are beautiful palm trees, a supermarket around the corner, and good showers. It's a bit pricey, though €79.00 for one night.

A small campsite with all the necessary sanitary facilities (everything together, including toilets, showers, and sinks), a Wi-Fi zone, and right on Lake Lugano. It's near the center of Agno (easily accessible on foot) or by train to the capital, Lugano, with tickets included at the campsite.

Narrow roads to get there with a large camper, but doable!
Simple campsite with many permanent pitches.
Sanitary facilities were clean, but it was strange that toilet use, shower and washing up happened in one room. This sometimes makes visiting the toilet a bit uncomfortable.
The view of the lake is fantastic and nice for swimming.
