There are only a few places with electricity, and the biker and poser scene in the evenings is a nuisance.

I parked at P3. You now pay €20 for 24 hours. There's no electricity, but there is a public restroom, which is very clean. It's busy with passing traffic during the day, but quiet in the evenings and at night.
The Altstadt is a 12-minute walk away.

We arrived for P2, but it was already full, so we stayed here for one night. At 20 euros a night, it was way too expensive. There were no amenities, but a public restroom wasn't very hygienic. This morning we drove to P1 for breakfast in the city. It's a great parking lot, spacious, and has a clean public restroom, and it's right next to the city.
