Very nice campsite and manager. Informal and speaks English. Facilities are adequate, a bit dated, but it is kept very clean. Located directly on the Canal du Rivernais. Well worth following the canal by bike, both to the North and the South. The many boats and locks make it idyllic.

The town itself is extremely nice with a rich history, and at the same time very deserted.

All in all, worth it.

We were welcomed very warmly; you were allowed to choose your spot. We were situated between the river and the canal. Nice bike path along the canal in both directions. Walk to the village. New sanitary building, super clean.

Ordered sandwiches, enjoyed it immensely.

Unexpectedly large campsite with all the facilities you need. Good hot showers, toilets, water disposal/filling, chemical toilet emptying. There is a small shop and a bread service. For a fee, you can use a washing machine and dryer, there is a playground for children, and free dog poop bags are available. The managers are super friendly, helpful, and speak good English. Hiking and cycling are great here. The town center is nearby.
