Finally, after several attempts, I found a spot. Camper area only, no vans. The local police come by often and are happy to issue fines. Payment is required from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Quiet at night, chocks recommended. Bathrooms and restrooms in the parking lot are free.

For a parking lot with clearly marked camper spots, this is a great location to visit the city and stay overnight.

Be on time; when it’s busy, cars tend to park in the camper spots. Small consolation: Officer Cop will give them a ticket :)
It is not a place to sit outside comfortably; if that is what you are looking for, you will have to look elsewhere, as that is not possible here.

Pitches well marked, but space is limited, and the waste disposal area is very dirty. Already full at 3 pm in early November!
