great place for an overnight stay, bus stop in front of the door to go to Potsdam.
sanitary with key to enter very neat. friendly welcome and helpful. nice walking park right on the spot.

Looks a bit messy. Waste water to drain through sewer pipe. Noise from trains and the road. Good shower for a fee. Nice manager.
