In itself convenient, right in the center. And also the necessary facilities. But that's it. 
View of the main road or the parking lot of KFC, with the associated noise. 
There are indeed 'permanent residents'. In one of those dilapidated campers there is a rooster (crowing). 
But a la: it's free! So: positive! Thanks to the municipality.

If you want to share 6 parking spaces with 2-3 long-term residents next to a busy road, a busy roundabout and a busy KFC, then this is the right place for you. Despite the narrowness, the V+E was kept free.

Easy to drive in and out with our 8 mtr. camper.
Close to park, river, city with its many terraces and shops. 
We stayed here for 2 days. 
Care place clean and works fine.
What more could you want and that for 0 euros.
