Quiet campsite with spacious pitches in sun or shade. The somewhat dated facilities are all in order and clean. Do not use navigation or (unremoved) repeater signs if you want to avoid a nearly impassable road. Turn around immediately if you make a mistake. Follow the first small ‘turn right’ sign!

A nice spacious campsite. Also shady places. Friendly reception in German. Excellent facilities. You can order bread rolls. Tourist information available at the reception. The road there is easy to drive on. Recently paved.

Beautifully located and quiet campsite near the Gauja river. Adequate but simple facilities. Good base for visiting Riga. If desired, the friendly owners will take you to the bus stop in a neighboring town for a reasonable fee, making the travel time to Riga a total of one hour.
Downside: nearby military training area where (loud) bangs were heard one evening during our stay.
