The campsite is very clean, but the owner has gone overboard; as soon as you walk out of the shower/toilet, he is already standing in to clean... you feel very monitored because of this... very uncomfortable, and no washing-up area... Zakopane is way too touristy, skip the cable car down below and there are stalls everywhere up there.

The Tatra Mountains are very much worth doing by bus (stops right in front of the door). We did a 3-day hut-to-hut trek ( *****)
and the CHOCHOLOWSKI THERMAL is top-notch, highly recommended.

Great place with good bus connections to Zakopane and cable cars. Is the owner a busybody? No! He is very helpful, wants to please everyone, and is protective of his place. And he is good-natured.

Friendly welcome; you are escorted to your pitch by the campsite manager.

All facilities are available, though with some explanation from the manager.

Everything is super clean.
For a visit to the town center, the bus (line 14) stopped in front of the campsite.

Supermarket and restaurant around the corner.
