Very convenient location in Venice (1 km on a road with no sidewalk to reach the bus or tram to the center).
The place would be nice if it were managed carefully. The pitches are large but dirty and poorly marked. The bathrooms are unsightly. There's only hot water in the shower, which, according to local health authority regulations, shouldn't be the case. The bathrooms are extremely dirty at all hours; I stopped my daughter from using them.
They could charge €28 a day if everything were well-kept.

The showers are functional and dirty; anything else would be a lie. I showered and found the door impossible to close because the handles were broken. You have to repeatedly press a button because the water shuts off immediately. As a host, I would be ashamed to present these showers to anyone. The payment machine, on the other hand, is state-of-the-art and accepts all payment methods. Location is everything here.

For 18 euros near Venice, good pitches, good bathrooms for that price, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
