The groundskeeper is friendly and, upon arrival on May 17, 2026, quotes a price of €35.00 for vehicles up to 7.50 meters, as shown on the reception's price list. However, upon departure, he charges a €10.00 service fee for the actual length of 7.80 meters! Note: The site is directly adjacent to the road and is very noisy. This site is only suitable as an emergency overnight stop.

One star for the friendly manager and for the location (on a busier street and within easy walking distance of Luino). Other than that it doesn't stop there, sanitary facilities are dirty and broken. Outdoor shower provides hot water, 1 euro for 2 minutes. Asks 35 euros for 2 people in low season, provided us with electricity, which we received for free.

At first glance it looks a bit shabby. Once inside a fine and beautifully maintained camper place with a view of the lake. The facilities are fine. The owner takes good care of the place.
