Bad camper site, 2 toilets and 2 showers in an outdated container, no hand soap, no mirror.

No washing-up facilities.
Everything is extremely spartan.
They have no competition, the only option in this city.

Great place to visit Tartu. Friendly welcome, toilet and shower available, restaurant/bar next to the site, view of the canal, quietly situated.

Toilet and shower in a cubicle; I would separate these to avoid waiting times.

You should know what you want. This is a parking area close to the city center, right on the Emajögi River. You can easily walk to Tartu's city center. This spot isn't really for peace and quiet or nature lovers. With a blood alcohol level of 0.0, you can enjoy a nice meal in town and a couple of Estonian beers. Then you can take a pleasant stroll back to your camper along the riverbank. Certified waste disposal facilities are available; south of Tartu, these are only found in Taevaskoja and Viitina – commendable!
