Large parking lot, manager was not present. Barrier was open.
We were told to just text the manager for the code for the toilet and shower. He did come by the next day at 8:00 AM.

The toilet and shower were in an abandoned, creepy building. No light in the men's toilet. Dirty, old, and only cold water.
The shower was also cold. 15-minute walk from Auschwitz. There was electricity. Too expensive for what you get.

Excellent location for visiting Auschwitz. The Auschwitz entrance is a short fifteen-minute walk, but easily doable. There's no security in the evenings, but there are cameras. We didn't feel unsafe.
The supermarket is 300m away, and the restrooms and showers are freely accessible during the day and require a code in the evenings.
We paid 75PLN for 24 hours.
