You are reasonably close to the center and in a beautiful area for walking or cycling.

The places are fairly close together, and you can also hear the train. You pay an extra €1 for water, but it is drinkable.

This place is good for one night.

The toilet, sink, and shower were promised, with the codes emailed to us.
There were absolutely no amenities, just a separate toilet and wastewater disposal unit, and a trash can.
Nothing else.
Good for visiting Ypres, though. The price was VERY expensive: €29 for one night's sleep and a little electricity.
Arrived at 7 PM and left before 11 AM.
The license plate recognition wasn't working; we still had to call for the code.

Quietly located CP just outside Ypres. We registered with Urban an hour in advance, and the barrier was raised immediately upon arrival.
Power, water, waste disposal, and chemical toilet emptying are available. About a 20-minute walk from Ypres city center. A city steeped in history, definitely worth a visit.
