I agree with the previous review. The price-quality ratio is good, the staff at the bar are friendly, and the French security guard is a nice guy you can have a good conversation with. I wanted to stay 3 or 4 nights but left after 1 night because of the cement mixer, which started churning heavily at 9 am (as well as the afternoon before); unfortunately, I couldn't get any rest there and got a headache. The cable car was under maintenance, but the campsite can't do anything about that.

It is a bit difficult to give a review. Yes, the campsite is very beautifully situated and the sanitary facilities are clean. The showers are nice and warm. But when we were there, they were doing maintenance; you could hear the cement mixer all day, so there was no peace and quiet. We understand that this sometimes has to happen, but we were just unlucky. The cable car down is closed for technical maintenance, which is also a shame. Those were reasons for us to leave after just one night.

camper place-like camping for campers, winding road to the top, but doable, sanitary facilities clean although a bit outdated, a nice cold swimming pool with enormous grass/lawn and a terrace where you can order bread.
with the gondola (walking distance) down to visit Guimaraes.
