Our Fiat Ducato campervan was broken into. Money was taken from us. In the morning, both the passenger and driver's doors were found slightly open. How they got in is a mystery to us (no damage). Later that morning, it turned out this had happened to several other campervans as well. The campsite owner didn't seem particularly surprised when we reported the burglary. Apparently, it happens more often.

We stayed here for two nights. The campsite is basic, but the facilities are fine, except for the Wi-Fi, which is very poor.
We couldn't use the satellite dish because there are so many trees.
In the evening, a party boat sails past about four times, making a lot of noise.
This isn't the place to come for peace and quiet, but it's perfectly fine for a visit to Cologne.
The bathroom facilities are clean, by the way.

A friendly welcome, staff spoke good English.
We stayed two nights, but there was loud music from the café and disco boat until the early hours. The steel bridge on the south side is audible from trucks. We were there Friday and Saturday, but I suspect there's probably no music during the week. Otherwise, everything was fine. There's a small shop and chip shop on the premises.
