A friendly welcome upon arrival. A beautiful location right on the lake with a swimming pool, free for camping guests. Good sanitary facilities and a great base for exploring Kaltern.

Great campsite right on the water. We were helped quickly and had a choice of two pitches. Sanitary facilities are clean and plentiful. Lovely swimming in the lake. Dogs are prohibited, however. You can take a lovely walk or bike ride around the lake among the vineyards.

The staff is helpful, not overly friendly, but pleasantly direct.
The campsite has its own swimming access (one of the few in the area), which means there aren't too many people in the water. Beautiful surroundings, and with a 3-day stay, you can also get the Sudtirol Pass, which includes free public transport.
Relatively clean and well-stocked restrooms.
Numerous wineries are nearby, and various sightseeing opportunities are available.
