Camping at Europa-Park is an ideal base for visiting both the park and Rulantica. Perfect for 1 or 2 nights.

Tip: ask at the reception for a “Letzte Stunde” ticket. This often allows you to enter the park for an extra hour on the day of arrival.

The campsite itself is simply well organized. The sanitary facilities are fine: clean, spacious, and with large rain showers. Everything is well heated. A great place for what it is intended to be: a theme park visit.

One of the somewhat soulless theme park campsites I know. A stone expanse. But very functional and easy access to the park. Expensive for the money, so go mainly for the park. On arrival and departure days, you can park for free in the Wartenzone near the campsite. Sanitary facilities are good, but quite a walk.

*March 2026* 

We stayed at this parking lot on March 29, 2026. We had three adults and a camper van less than seven meters long. The price was €70, very expensive, and there were few amenities for the number of guests. We searched in vain for a place to dump waste water to flush the toilet cassettes. There are two Sani stations; one is broken, the other returned the cassette with practically half the water in it, for the price of two euros.

A place to avoid.

It has deteriorated significantly since previous years.
