### Tamboer - 5/5

A super nice campsite for exploring Rome by bike.
Very expensive though, at the end of November: €43 per night for a basic pitch for two people, including electricity.

Great campsite, Rome city center is easily accessible by bus and metro.
The campsite entrance is on a busy road, which you can easily drive past. The campsite itself is located a bit further back, so it's not affected by the busy road (although it is close to the airport and next to tennis courts). There are pitches for everyone, clean and relaxing restrooms (with music playing in the background). The pool isn't large, but it's nice to cool off after a day in the city.

A wonderful place to visit Rome, a 5-minute walk by train and 15 minutes to the city center. Basic accommodations are a bit small, but you can also request a larger one. The peace and quiet is wonderful after a day exploring the city. We'll definitely be back.
