Great spot for 2 nights to visit the old town. Close to the castle and next to the river. Drive to the bridge in the old center and immediately next to the bridge, on the side of the railway tracks, drive down along the water. At the back, under the road, is a spacious paved camper spot. Water for 1 euro (coin money) for 80 liters.

Great spot to visit Wertheim. (10-minute walk) The ground is limestone/cement-like. Near the skate park and recreation area. Hardly any disturbance from the road on the bridge. We arrived in the rain, so the spot under the bridge was nice. Bike path and river in front of you. Nice town and castle with a good restaurant. Everywhere in the town you find “optimists”—colored little figures with a thumbs up.

A great place to park up for the night, emptying and water available.  It cost €5 for 24 hours. Town just a short walk away.
