First of all, thank you to the city for this free parking space. Unfortunately, it cannot be used as a parking space due to parked caravans (presumably stored there for the winter) and vehicles parked across it. While there were plenty of regular parking spaces available, this defeats the purpose of the parking space. It's a shame and leaves a very negative impression.
