Photo #2 is not of the castle; it's of the service area directly opposite, costing €10.96 per day.

A truly wonderful place to stay overnight. Everything a campervan traveler needs is there, and all for €12, plus a lovely bottle of wine as a gift. We had a free little sample. This bottle of wine costs €12.50 in the shop. You're practically staying for free, and it's so beautiful.

We'd gladly come again.

A very pleasant campsite with basic amenities, no toilet, but very quiet and close to the center and the Citadel of Blaye. The wine from the winery is good, but very expensive; the campsite, on the other hand, costs only €10 plus €1 tourist tax per person.
