Beautiful place to visit Ypres. It is a 10-minute walk to the Menin Gate, which is an experience in itself, given that they ceremonially commemorate the First World War here every evening at 8 o'clock. The campsite is clean and easy to book online. Highly recommended!

Pleasant welcome; reception in a chalet because the main building is being renovated.

The front section is on either side of the road for camper pitches. We didn't find that very inviting, a parking lot like that. That's why we chose a spot on the campsite.

The toilet block is not large, but it is neat and clean. Two toilets and one shower each for men and women.
The location is beautiful relative to the center, a 5-minute bike ride to the Menin Gate.
A downside is the noise from the factory, a humming sound even at night.

A really beautiful place to visit Ypres. We had reserved a spot at the entrance, but that is more of a parking lot for campers/vans. We went back to the reception for a spot on the campsite. That wasn't a problem. Much nicer spots (a bit more expensive, of course), but do be careful regarding the sun. Some spots are in the shade early on. Sanitary facilities are fine, a new building is under construction.

A really nice city. The Last Post is very impressive. Ypres, highly recommended.
