After the boat, it's a great place to catch your breath, arrange a SIM card and/or Moroccan gas exchange. Be careful with the current, though. When it's busy, the voltage drops—in our case, to 150 volts—which our Nespresso machine couldn't handle. Buying a new one in Morocco is a challenge. They don't sell Nespresso pods there either (but we knew that). Several French people were using voltage regulators. That's the solution.

With the best of intentions, you can't call this a campsite. If you arrive after a long day, with a ferry crossing, you'll receive a friendly welcome. BUT, don't go here when it's raining or raining. You'll be standing in a fishbowl where the water can't drain, with all the consequences. Even after a single rain shower, the "CAMPING" is a giant mud puddle. You see people leaving one after another. The sanitary facilities are poor. Renovations are definitely in order.

The campsite is okay. It's in a great location, on the boulevard, and offers a pleasant walk to the charming Medina, even in the evening.
The shower is warm. If you're walking your dog on the beach, bring a throwing stick to chase away packs; they'll keep their distance as soon as they see one.
