We stayed here for two nights with our campervan. Friendly welcome from the owner. Nice clean sanitary facilities, everything is there. You do have to bring your own toilet paper, though. But there is a nice storage spot for that toilet paper, so you don't have to walk across the campsite with the toilet roll. Beautiful surroundings and you can easily reach neighboring villages like Balk, Woudsend, and Elahuizen by bike. In short, a lovely spot. It was quiet now and nice and dark in the evening.

We called on December 20, 2025, to confirm before leaving, and the owner was very friendly. He hadn't anticipated any guests and opened the shower and toilet especially for us for two nights.
Very clean, tidy, and very friendly.
A 10-minute bike ride from Balk.
Definitely recommended; we'll be back in the summer.

Nice, small campsite close to the water, close to 2 beautiful fishing piers, private swimming pier. Good and neat clean sanitary facilities. Friendly owner, just call if there is a place available and if possible you can choose one yourself. Unfortunately no place to dump waste water directly from the tank, but otherwise all facilities available. Good wifi!
