The wall next to the power outlets reeks of urine, and the place is inhabited by people who look like they've stepped out of the movie Mad Max. They have a giant dog that runs loose and tried to jump on me and snatch my little dog as if she were a treat.

We spent the night there and moved to the other wing the next day.

Large parking area with service point.  Entry is through Shell station past petrol pumps and wash area.   Large spaces, clean service point.  Easy walk to old town.  Quiet night, no charge.  5 Euros for electric.  Coviran mini supermarket on site.

Not confusing at all, just keep to the coordinates.
We found it a wonderfully quiet cp. at the back of a very large parking lot. 
Places are separated in two, L = free standing without electricity R = with electricity and you pay € 5,-- at the counter Shell station with supermarket and catering. 
The old center with Castle and a beautiful Basilica is 1.5 km, the new (large) shopping center is about 2.5 km and easy to walk and definitely worth it.
