We initially wanted to do that, but then drove to the campsite right next door. There is a parking lot available, though, and you can use it with a ticket. There's a fee from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We arrived late in the afternoon and left again in the morning, so we paid next to nothing and were very close to the town. The location felt safe. We had a delicious meal on the square in Passignamo. A great stop! And yes, the restrooms were closed; we used the restrooms in our campervan and at the restaurant.

No power outlet as written in the review of the area ... public toilets present ... between railway, parking and port, quite busy place ... and during the day it is not free ...
