You can fill up with water for 2 coins of €0.50. And unload your toilet for another 2 coins of €0.50.
This facility is always accessible and can be found to the right of the tank building.

The cupboard that you see on the photo is (now) no longer there. You can get water at the back of the car wash at a sink by paying with coins. Water then comes from just narrow water tap from the wall above sink. There is still another device but that was completely closed and also no possibility for empty toilet or dirty water.
