The biggest advantage is that you're close to the historic center. But you do need to be able to handle the noise.

Well, if you take one of the first two spots and your camper is 7 meters (+), it's very difficult to get away. Especially if the other spots are occupied. If the gray water drain and fresh water intake are on the left side, you can get into a bit of a mess. Good luck.
