the farm is apparently a well-known horse breeding farm but a bit run down, and so are the facilities.
super nice people and a reasonable overnight price. this is really camping on the farm - for me a recommendation

Staff very friendly and welcoming. camping field has mix of flat and sloped pitches, some with electric. Great views. Total let down are toilets and showers. I know it can only be as clean as the previous person leaves it but they’re horrendous. Bins over flowing, mud all over the floors and shower trays (all day long), toilet seats broken, cistern hanging off the wall. no curtain for window in one shower.
