The campsite is old but okay; the sanitary facilities are outdated but functional.

Only cold water is available in the entire sink area!

The staff is friendly.

The restaurant is more like a basement room that serves as a disco in the summer and is uncomfortable; I ate the worst pizza of my life.

A good starting point to see Alberobello and to cycle in the beautiful surroundings. The campsite disappointed me after the glowing reviews. The entire campsite gives a run-down impression. The shower is warm, and the sanitary facilities are clean. You have to undress in the area in front of the shower cubicles. No place in the shower to hang your towel/clothes. Camping pitches are small with old, uninhabited caravans in between. Left after 1 night.

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the unique Alberobello. What was great was that we were driven from the campsite straight to the center by shuttle bus (€1 p/p per ride). The sanitary facilities are basic but perfectly adequate (contrary to what others have written). And yes, the shower cubicle is small, but a huge stream of very hot water comes out of the shower head! Great spot, friendly staff, reasonable price.
