We were here in September, and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who also spoke good English. It was a beautiful campsite with clean, albeit somewhat dated, sanitary facilities. We enjoyed lovely walks with our three whippets, and it was also a great place to cycle; routes were available at the reception.

We were here six years ago and had a decent spot by the water. We said, "We'll be back."
And here we are again. We immediately booked two nights. Now we're (unfortunately) in a small spot and can see the food on the neighbor's plate while he eats it on ours.
It's such a shame, we won't be back.

Situated in an idyllic spot. On the river Orne. In a beautiful landscape. The campsite is well organised. Friendly and helpful staff. The pitches are spacious, but not always level. The bar with home-brewed regional beer and products, and restaurant are fine. You can cycle and walk there well. Why then 3 stars? The sanitary facilities and (washing) area are old and not clean. Typical French style, but with the wrong effect.
