I've been here several times when I've had an appointment in Karlsruhe. The annoying issue is that locals use the parking space as a regular parking spot. Why do I pay €10 while others pay nothing? It needs to be checked more often.

October 21, 2025: Campervan pitches adjacent to a large parking lot. All amenities available. Nearby, within walking distance, a pleasant town center with attractions. Tram noise in the background, but not disruptive. The tram provides an easy way to visit Karlsruhe.

Parking with water (paid for €2.00) and a waste disposal point for gray water and a toilet. There are four paid power outlets. Finding a place to dispose of your garbage is difficult. The bins were full when we visited. Ettlingen is a pleasant town to visit, a short walk away (1 km). The train station is nearby; we didn't experience any problems with it.
