080626, great affordable (ASCI) campsite. Restaurants in Haro within walking distance. The campsite has its own restaurant and bar, and an indoor pool is available for guests.

Good sanitary facilities and space for a 6 m camper.

The campsite advertised by AI as "the most beautiful in the Rioja region" turned out to be the worst of our entire northern Spain trip. More like a funfair. We were relegated to a large field for group camping. Just as awful as the unfriendly check-in and the large but only moderately clean sanitary facilities. The Wi-Fi was abysmal.

The town of Haro is an ugly, overgrown place with no charm whatsoever. The only worthwhile thing is a visit to the wineries. In short: not worth considering as a travel destination.

Stayed 12-13/05. €25 with ACSI and had a big level pitch, maybe because not so busy. Facilities are very clean. Lots of hot water in the shower. Very quiet at night. Haro is a 10 minute walk. A great place that we will come back to explore more
