The campsite is okay, with pitches and restrooms as well.

But you can't really call it a big beach; it's more of a "Strändle" (small beach) as we call it here in Baden-Württemberg. The 8-minute distance isn't accurate either; it's more like 15 minutes. So if you want a nice beach, you'll have to drive further.

Beautiful campsite with large pitches. Very clean sanitary facilities. Beach within walking distance and a nice fishing village where you can buy fish straight from the boat. We went by bike on the foot ferry to Peenemunde which was easy to do. 
Very friendly owners who want to help you with everything. We were there with the Acsi card for € 23 per night incl. 4 kWh electricity and shower tokens every day. And we also got a pitch with a view. 
Recommended!!!!
