still 3 stars because the location is nice but that's about it.
terrain not maintained and looked unkempt.

4 stars for the friendly welcome and the lunch.
The place is great, cross the street and you are on the beach.
But unfortunately no hot water for washing dishes and in the evening you have cold water with shower, washing machine is great again.
I think the owners have Wednesdays off because then the reception/restaurant is closed and no one is there.
The gate is not locked so if you want to spend the night you can just pick a spot I think.
