A very nice, natural campsite, without any frills.

It's 1.5 km by bike from the center of Manderscheid (where you'll find two lovely restaurants with garden terraces, a spa building, a spa garden, access to the castle via ferrata, and hiking trails).

There are plenty of spots with and without sun, the toilets are clean, and the Wi-Fi is 100% reliable if you're in the designated spot, which is indicated on the map.

Clean sanitary facilities. Just make sure you shower before all the children return from their outings. We didn't pitch our campervan on a campervan site, but on the campsite itself, at the top, right on a very quiet lane that only serves as access for those upper pitches. Downstairs, you can indeed hear children, so it's clearly marked as being for children. Super quiet at night and during the day! Beautiful surroundings, ideal for walking and cycling!
