Two stars because the campsite is okay, although we initially weren't supposed to get the reserved spot. This has been fixed. The price... €27, but there's a wastewater surcharge on top of that, which was normal... We were charged a €10 booking fee even though we booked directly at the campsite. This has been fixed.
So all in all: the campsite is okay, the service is okay, the staff is okay. The price is questionable.

We didn't feel comfortable; the fact that we were forced to use the toilet butler for €3 (€4.50 with chemicals) was unacceptable!
The restrooms were poorly maintained and partially broken (urinals were exposed).
The visitor fee was exorbitant.
We won't be back.

Beautiful campsite right on Lake Chiemsee. Ideal for children or for stand-up paddleboarding, for example. Friendly staff. It's a shame the campsite pizzeria is closed on Mondays.

The sanitary facilities are clean and tidy, which is very important to us.
We are just passing through and will be staying a maximum of two nights.
