We were passing through and assumed we'd be parked in the parking lot outside the campsite. You pay €20 for this (including electricity). I didn't find the woman at reception friendly or welcoming. Friendliness can make a difference in star ratings. The location is fine otherwise. A nice walk is possible.

Stayed at camper place, 3 nights because the campsite itself was full. Nice place, next to a river. Nice walk from the campsite. Especially to the Worssensee nice walk and nice beach to swim. 

Officially you have to leave the camper place every day because of 24h place, but the owner was not difficult about this. Nice playground for the children. Modern and clean sanitary facilities, very nice spacious showers.

If I have to rank from the hundreds of campsites I have seen, camping Litzelau will definitely be in the top 5. Friendly, helpful reception. Clean, beautiful and spacious sanitary facilities. Great location. Top place to park your camper just outside the campsite and still be able to use all the facilities (including electricity). 
The restaurant was still closed when I wrote this. The menu looks great!
