Nice campsite, friendly staff. Great place to explore La Rochelle by bike. There are a lot of English people here though. Toilet block reasonably new and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is wonderfully refreshing. The restaurant isn't really great; the homemade fries are so greasy they don't rust. Otherwise, a great location to stay.

Perfect campsite for visiting the charming city of La Rochelle. Easily accessible by bike (5km) via a well-marked route. Ile de Ré is also within reach; set aside a whole day for it in good weather.

The sanitary facilities are in excellent condition, there is a nice swimming pool, a bakery around the corner, and a huge shopping center within walking distance.

It is also an ACSI campsite, which makes a significant difference in price; during this period, we paid €73.00 for 3 nights.

### Marc-en-Ina - 4/5

When you realize that this is a city campsite, a quiet and green spot is best, although that depends on where and when you stay. Between Ascension Day and Pentecost it was fine. Clean and modern sanitary facilities. Easily accessible by bike to the city centre (5km). La Rochelle is a bike-friendly city with many separate cycle paths. You don't see that very often in France anymore. Wi-Fi is far too expensive and the greywater drain is in an awkward location.
