Great campsite for a few days.
Conveniently located near the town.
Friendly lady at reception.
Showers and toilets dated but clean and fresh-smelling.
Unfortunately, no usable Wi-Fi.

A nice, dated campsite, but very expensive for a municipal campsite. In the low season (October), 3 nights for €91!!! There are no extras that would differentiate it from other municipal campsites. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but clean and tidy. In short, you pay a premium on the coast, which is a shame, especially in the low season.
However, you can enjoy some lovely cycling routes on the island.

Camping and reception are fine, the restaurant was great 2 years ago, is now less than the worst snack bar in the Netherlands, chairs under the birds' circle (and not 1 or 2), fish and chips raw, fries no bigger than 2 cm so crumbly and certainly not only with us, everyone complains about this, such a shame, it was a pleasure to eat here 2 years ago, but unfortunately
