A great place to visit the historic center of Guimarães on foot. Distance approx. 800 meters. Those wishing to take the cable car to the church on the mountain pay approx. €10. The boarding station is located very close to the campsite.

Ideal for visiting the beautiful little town. There were at least 15 campers in the large car park. It was quiet at night.

We parked on the unpaved sandy terrain. The access in the corner has large potholes, so be careful. The service station works, but the pressure tap is very awkward for filling up with water using a hose or watering can. Location is fine, center close by. Very quiet at night. Great spot.
