Great campsite for visiting Magdeburg or cycling along the Elbe. View over the inner harbor. Quiet with some traffic noise in the distance. In March, at the end of the day, we were literally in the shadow of the cathedral. Limited number of sanitary facilities, but good and clean. Other amenities available. Easy check-in and checkout. We will be back!

What a beautiful spot on the water with a view of the city of Magdeburg! Upon arrival, your license plate is registered, and then you have to register at the restrooms. There's a machine there that explains everything in three languages. Everything you need is there.
The owner is present and engaged every day. He helped us tremendously when we had a minor power issue. From here, you can cycle to a beautiful park or the city center within 10 minutes.
