nice place, sanitary facilities could be better, just find a place and that's it, we pay €33 per night

Stayed here for 2 nights, reception is indeed quite chaotic and you can go find your own place.
Not standing in a row also has its charm.
Sanitary is clean, beautiful crystal clear water for swimming.
Standing along the waterfront is not possible, there are only permanent caravans, some of which are faded glory.
We paid € 24.50 for 2 people per night without electricity.

Very nice place right on Staffelsee. In contrast to other places rather unconventional, still original, not parceled out. This gives the place its very own charm. If you don't like that, you're in the wrong place. That's why we liked it so much. Many opportunities for cycling or hiking tours.
