Great campsite for an overnight stay. All shops are closed on Sundays!

At the beginning of June, on our way to Sweden, we stayed overnight at the free campervan parking area. Many thanks to the city of Lübeck for this free service. Toilets and washing facilities are available in the adjacent shopping center. There is a wide selection of shops, cafes, and bakeries there where you can stock up on supplies. The parking area itself is very clean and well-maintained. Therefore, we gladly give it 5 stars.

Arrival at the campsite early afternoon; there was still some choice, but this spot is well-visited, camper after camper is coming in.

It seems like everyone (53 counted) has found a spot.

Visited the shopping mall Tuesday morning (air conditioning), nice shops and even an Aldi.

We found the noise disturbance to be manageable.

In fact, everything is just well organized here,

thanks for that!
